Meet The Team
Co-Director
Kaitlyn Reginer
Sophomore in Chemical Engineering
Hi! My name is Kaitlyn, and I'm studying Chemical Engineering. I'm also involved in the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, my social sorority, Gamma Phi Beta, and am a Group Fitness Instructor for Campus Rec. I chose EOB because I have a passion for leading others, which was one of my strong suits in high school, and I knew I wanted to let this quality shine here at university!

Adara Adhikari
Junior in Civil & Environmental Engineering
I'm Adara, a junior in civil & environmental engineering. I'm Co-Director of EOB, and I'm so excited for this year in EC! I love this wonderful committee and the amazing people within it, and working with them to accomplish our rewarding and meaningful events is something I am so grateful for.

Fun fact: I’ve tried 13 different latte flavors from Espresso Royale (my current favorite is a strawberry vanilla latte)

Camila Marden
Junior in Civil Engineering + Minor in Electrical Engineering
Hi everyone! My name is Camila Marden and I am a civil engineering major. On campus, I am involved in starting EMBRACE, an RSO for minorities in civil engineering, and I am also a CARE Tutor and PLT Facilitator. I like being a part of EOB because it gives me the opportunity to show younger students just how cool engineering is at UIUC!

Lamya Hussain
Freshman in Chemical Engineering + Minor in Computer Science
Hi, I'm Lamya! I'm a freshman studying Chemical Engineering with a CS minor. I hold a position in the activities committee on EOB and am on the Engineering Freshman Council and I’m also in AIChe. I'm super excited to be on EC and build a community with other engineering students. During my free time, I love hanging out with my friends, listening to music, shopping and watching TV!

Elizabeth Farah
Senior in Industrial Engineering & Business
Hi! I’m Elizabeth, a senior in industrial engineering. Some clubs I’m involved with on campus include IISE and club lacrosse. In my free time, I like doing anything outside and listening to music. My favorite part of EOB is the impact we get to make on students with all of our events.

Liam Crandall
Senior in Engineering Physics + Minors in Electrical Engineering & Semiconductor Engineering
I'm a senior in Engineering Physics with a heavy focus in electrical hardware. Coming to Illinois is one of the best decisions I have made and I am passionate about sharing that enthusiasm with the next generation of aspiring engineers! This is my third year on the committee and I am very excited to develop FUEL, a new event for high school underclassmen. I also enjoy cooking, fitness, and Illinois basketball games!

Tarini Patel
Junior in Computer Engineering with a minor in Business
Hi! I'm Tarini. I'm a junior in Computer Engineering w/ a minor in Business at UIUC. I am STEMx Co-ordinator for EOB! I am also Sisterhood Chair for Alpha Omega Epsilon Sorority and Treasurer for Illinois Data Science Club! Some of my hobbies include ice skating and baking. Something I love about EOB is the initiative to introduce engineering from the basics for kids of all ages and making it as simple as possible and I chose to be part of this committee to make a difference in their lives :)

Sophomore in Civil Engineering + Minor in Urban Planning
Hi I am Jason Lo, a sophomore studying civil engineering. Some things I do outside school are hiking, reading and overall going outside. I love EOB for the welcoming environment it has provided me. I chose EOB because of the work that they do and I love having people learn more about engineering at UIUC.

Senior in Mechanical Engineering
Hi guys! My name is Rene Mohammadi, and I'm a senior in MechSE with a focus in bioengineering and women's health engineering. I've been a part of EOB for three years now, and love getting students interested in engineering more involved in understanding their potential career paths in higher education!

Senior in Chemical Engineering + Sustainability
Hi! My name is Krishna and I'm a senior in chemical engineering here at UIUC. On campus, I'm a part of Engineering Outreach Bureau (EOB), Society of Asian Scientists & Engineers (SASE), and Adventure Club. In my free time, I love to explore new cafes, binge reality TV shows, and play games with my friends! I enjoy being a part of EOB because of the people I get to work with, and I love being able to introduce UIUC to future engineers!

My name is Aiman and I’m a junior in CEE. Some stuff I do on campus includes being co-founder and vice president of Women in CEE. I’m also the assistant director for the Grainger tour guide program and an ELA for ENG100. I chose to be a part of EOB because I love outreach work and helping new students get acclimated to campus. Outside of my campus involvements, I love reading and hanging out with my friends!

Fun fact: I love to travel and my top bucket list item is to visit every national park in the US.

Sophomore in Mechanical Engineering
Hi my name is Rohan and I am a mechanical engineer. Currently I am in iRobotics and IEM, and in my free time I enjoy building legos, listening to music, mariokart and talking to my girlfriend and family! Something I really like about EOB are the members that make it up. Everyone is really nice and inclusive, and they never fail to make me smile. I chose to be a part of EOB because I wanted to become a part of an organization that influenced and impacted future students to both study engineering and make a difference in the world.

Charlie Ranquist
5th year in Civil & Environmental Engineering + Political Science
Hi! I'm Charlie, I'm from from Chicago and I am the Webinar Coordinator here in EOB. Outside of Engineering Council I'm involved within my major's professional organization ASCE and I co-run the Engineering Tour Guide program. I am always happy to answer any questions especially relating to the curriculum and study abroad, as I am doing a dual degree with Political Science and studied abroad in Vienna and Singapore.

Aidan Gazda
Sophomore in Chemical Engineering
Hi, my name is Aidan Gazda, and I am a sophomore in chemical engineering. I help run the webinars here with EOB, and I am also actively involved in Theta Tau, AIChE, and REACT. I joined EOB because I want prospective students to see the great array of opportunities Grainger Engineering offers! Outside of academics, I love to work out and collect vinyl records.

Khushi Patel
Sophomore in Mechanical Engineering + Minor in Computer Science
Hi, my name is Khushi Patel and I am a Mechanical Engineering major with a minor in Computer Science. I design and maintain the website for EOB, and am involved with projects for MediMech + WiM. During my free time, I like to work out, explore new places, and try new foods. I love being apart of EOB as to guide prospective students and help them navigate the exciting possibilities within engineering!
